The app
ASX IPTV, by Active Solutions, is a media player for Samsung Smart TVs. It does not provide, host or sell any channels, movies or series. It plays the M3U lists and Xtream Codes accounts that you add.
Your content
You are responsible for the sources you add and for having the rights to the content you play, and for following the terms of your provider and the laws where you live.
Free trial and license
Each TV can use the app free for the trial period shown on our home page. After that, a one-time license unlocks the app on that TV. The license is tied to the TV where it was activated.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. For billing questions or refund requests, e-mail asx.platform@gmail.com with the code shown on your TV. If a payment is fully refunded or disputed with your card issuer, the license is removed from that TV.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any list, provider or stream will work with the app, and we are not responsible for content played through it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.

O ASX IPTV, da Active Solutions, é um player de mídia para Smart TVs Samsung. Ele não fornece, hospeda nem vende canais, filmes ou séries. Ele reproduz as listas M3U e as contas Xtream Codes que você cadastra.
Seu conteúdo
Você é responsável pelas fontes que cadastra, por ter os direitos sobre o conteúdo que reproduz e por seguir os termos do seu provedor e as leis do lugar onde mora.
Teste grátis e licença
Cada TV pode usar o app de graça durante o período de teste informado na página inicial. Depois disso, uma licença paga uma única vez libera o app naquela TV. A licença fica ligada à TV em que foi ativada.
Pagamentos
Os pagamentos são processados pelo Stripe. Para dúvidas de cobrança ou pedidos de reembolso, envie um e-mail para asx.platform@gmail.com com o código mostrado na TV. Se o pagamento for reembolsado por inteiro ou contestado junto à operadora do cartão, a licença é retirada daquela TV.
Sem garantia
O app é fornecido "como está". Não garantimos que listas, provedores ou transmissões funcionem com o app e não respondemos pelo conteúdo reproduzido nele.
Mudanças
Estes termos podem ser atualizados. A nova versão será publicada neste endereço com nova data de vigência.
